A lesson activity
A fictional lesson brief with a time limit, a reading-level option and an explicit check for assumptions.
Your review: Does the sequence total 20 minutes? Are the questions useful and accessible? What needs correcting?

Start with one task
Pick a repeated task that feels heavier than it should. It might need a template, a team conversation or a little help with a first draft.
Download the one-page worksheet PDFWhat takes the time: drafting, duplicate entry, interruptions or an unclear requirement? Estimate the effort.
Stop, simplify, assist or discuss. If AI fits, use a fictional example and give it a clear brief.
Count setup, review and corrections too. Keep the change only if the effort and quality make sense.
Two examples to try
Copy a prompt into an institution-approved AI assistant, or use it as a brief for a colleague. No particular AI subscription is required.

A fictional event message that uses supplied facts and avoids inventing missing arrangements.
Your review: Check every date, time and place. Read for tone and clarity. Nothing should send automatically.
Working workshop tools
Choose one small task. These guided tools help you prepare a prompt, organise your reflection or draft a boundary agreement. They run in your browser. Your entries stay on this page until you leave or refresh it, unless you choose to copy or download them.
Use generic work situations. No identifiable child, patient, family or colleague information. These tools do not send your entries to Janine or to an AI service.
Create a clear brief for an institution-approved AI assistant. This tool builds the prompt; you choose whether and where to use it.
Review the prompt before using it. Check the AI draft against your quality standard, including facts, tone and accessibility.
Make a short working note from your own observations. This is guided reflection, with no AI interpretation or wellbeing score.
The suggested experiment follows the pattern you selected. Adapt it to your role. Organisational workload may need a team decision.
Prepare wording for an agreement about routine messages. Keep existing urgent and safeguarding routes available.
This is a proposal to agree with others. Check workplace policy, service duties and safeguarding requirements before changing availability or notifications.
An existing platform to explore
The provider describes employee check-ins and manager insights, with AI-supported recommendations. It is aimed at HR teams and managers.
Visit Happy TroopersWhat would a manager change in response? Who sees which information? Would another check-in help or add work?
For a small team, ask specifically about response thresholds and identification. The provider’s policy describes aggregated check-in results and some other signals that identify people to managers.
Happy Troopers is a separate platform from the guided workshop tools. Descriptions come from its public website and have not been independently tested here. No claim of proven burnout prevention is made.
