About your information

These resources are provided by Janine van Throo. You can browse, copy prompts and download the worksheet without registering. This hub collects invitation-list signups only when you submit the form. It does not collect personal journals or use audience-tracking scripts added by Janine. The hosting provider may process routine connection information when you visit.

If you want future invitations

The optional signup form saves your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your name and learning interests. It also records when you consented, the consent wording version and the hub as the source of your request. Your checkbox is not preselected. Resources remain available without signing up.

Janine van Throo uses this information to send the educator resources and workshop invitations you requested, based on your consent. Signups are stored in the hub’s hosted database, with a private view and export available only to Janine after sign-in. The hosting platform and its database infrastructure process the data to operate this service. Signing up does not automatically send an email or verify ownership of the address.

You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing janine@vanthroo.technology. Janine will stop invitations when you withdraw and remove your signup details when you request deletion, except for records that must be retained by law. You can also contact Belgium’s Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.

Your name and topic preferences are optional. Do not include personal health details or identifiable information about children, patients, families or colleagues. The form uses basic abuse controls. There is no automatic newsletter campaign service attached to the hub.

Other services

Links to AI assistants or Happy Troopers take you to separate services with their own policies. The hub does not import information you enter into those separate services. Review their terms and your institution’s rules before using them.

Private reflection and workshop tools

The UNLOAD, REFLECT and PROTECT tools process your entries within the page in your browser. They do not send those entries to the signup database or an AI service, and do not save them between page visits. You can choose to copy or download the output. Use paper or your own document if you prefer. Keep real records and identifiable case information out of public AI tools.
